Winter is coming…

We have been in the custom home building industry for over 35 years. AC Johnson recently completed our final, personal, custom home. Andy Johnson is professional, dependable, courteous, conscientious and a craftsman painter.

Our new “Lodge Style” Home required numerous interior/exterior colors and various finishes for the large amount of custom interior/exterior woodworking. Andy was able to visualize what we wanted for the finished product and his craftsmanship exceeded our expectations.

If we could rate AC Johnson painting with 10 stars we would. We would not hesitate to recommend Andy to anyone.  Andy Johnson exceeded our expectations.

Andy recently completed painting for me on our South Beach home. This is the second big painting job that we have hired Andy Johnson to do for us.

He did an excellent job on a basement apartment, interior. He just completed the exterior of our 3200 ft.² exterior, two-story home in South Beach. 

~ Price- not cheap but worth every penny because he does such high-quality work. His bid includes the price of the paint and labor and he used a high grade of Sherwin/William paints. 

~ Quality of painting–excellent prep of power washing, sanding, caulking, spraying  and hand-painting. He used oil based paint on the interior window seals and had a special technique for painting our white cabinets in the kitchen, all look great.

~ Clean up after the job-excellent. You would never know that he was there, except everything looks like new.

~ Time it took to complete the job–he was right on the estimated time with our apartment and took a few days longer with our exterior job; we had some rainy weather. He’s a true professional, he comes early in the morning works all day and leaves in the late afternoon. It was a pleasure having him on the job site. He was always prompt, courteous and respectful. 

~ Areas of concern? None.

I would highly recommend Andy Johnson for any painting job.

Andy did a very professional job on staining the outside of our natural wood sided, 2-level oceanfront home. He is very observant of the many details necessary from pressure washing thru applying the final coverage material for quality results. He also takes care to minimize any vegetation damage growing adjacent to the house. I highly recommend considering Andy for any large or small painting/ staining needs.
